Hence, it is worth boosting the stats of characters who don't need it as much. Hence, it's best to spread stat points out a bit, rather than putting every bonus for a stat into one character. One important point: There is diminishing returns when it comes to the benefits of stat boosts. Is there any benefit to dumping speed boosts on casters to ensure they cast first in combat? I am thinking it might be important for the healer and damage dealer to go first in each combat round. Is there any benefit to focusing on class prime statistics past character creation or can that be ignored? Should I just not bother boosting their statistics and focus on boosting my two main melee and magic characters? Any advice here would be welcome. I am kind of stumped on what I should do with my Paladin and my Archer. I would like to optimize my dedicated casters and plan to maximize the Intellect of my Sorcerer and Personality of my Cleric. To do that I plan I am planning to give them permanent boosts to Might / Endurance / Accuracy. I would like to optimize the melee potential of my Barbarian and Ninja. I understand that the game is beatable no matter how you distribute the stat boosts but I want try and optimize state distribution during this play through.
